Former Head of Training at South Warwickshire Flying School Sponsors x2 12 Hour Flying Scholarships

The Air League is delighted to announce the sponsorship of two 12 hour Scholarships by Ray Stock, the former head of training at South Warwickshire Flying School, and his wife Barbara.
 
South Warwickshire Flying School have supported the Air League’s mission and charitable work for over 20 years through the provision of Scholarships and training for Scholars and Members. Based in Wellesbourne, near Stratford-upon-Avon, the school has a fleet of 10 aircraft and provides training for PPL(A) and LAPL licenses as well as IMC and Night Ratings. Some of South Warwickshire Flying School’s instructors are previous Air League Scholars. The school also supports the Air Cadets and other aviation organisations, having been a leader in the general aviation training sector since 1989. The Scholarships will be awarded to a 2024 Flying Scholarship Applicant who is also a member of the Air Cadets, Combined Cadet Force or Sea Cadets.
 
The Air League would like to thank Ray and Barbara Stock for their sponsorship of the two Flying Scholarships in 2024.
