Every role includes some form of training, support, and opportunities to grow, professionally and personally, while contributing to a powerful mission. Be part of the action at Air League events, from careers fairs and industry showcases to scholarship ceremonies. Gain hands-on experience in event delivery while meeting leaders from across the sector.

Anyone aged 18 or over with an interest in aviation, aerospace, STEM, or youth development is welcome. Our volunteers include students, early-career professionals, industry experts, educators, and aviation enthusiasts.
No. While some roles suit those with aviation or aerospace experience, many do not. What matters most is your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to inspire and support young people.
We offer flexible opportunities. Some roles involve one-off events or occasional activities, while others allow for more regular involvement. You can choose what fits your availability.
Most opportunities are based across the UK, with a mix of in-person and remote roles. We’ll consider your location and preferences when matching you to opportunities.
Yes. All volunteers receive guidance and role-specific training where needed. You’ll also have ongoing support from The Air League team.
While volunteering does not guarantee employment, many volunteers build connections, references, and experience that support future opportunities within aviation, aerospace, and related sectors.
For approved activities, reasonable pre-agreed travel expenses may be reimbursed. Details will be shared when specific opportunities arise.
