Need and context
The UK aviation and aerospace sectors face ongoing challenges, including skills shortages, an ageing workforce, and barriers to entry for young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds. Financial constraints, lack of exposure, and limited access to role models continue to restrict participation and diversity within the sector.
Our activities
The Air League delivers targeted interventions designed to remove these barriers, including:

- Funded flying and aviation experience opportunities
