Drone Scholarship Application Criteria

To qualify for a Drone Scholarship, you must:

  • Be a permanent UK resident.
  • Be above the age of 18 by August 2024. There is no upper age limit.
  • Be a member of The Air League.
  • Demonstrate a passion to drive the RPAS industry forward. 

Application Process:

  • Applications must be submitted no later than 11:59pm on Sunday, 30 July.
  • Drone Scholarships are allocated through a selection process administered jointly by the Air League Scholarship Selection Committee and Eagle Eye Innovations.

Outcome:

  • You will be notified by early July whether your application has been successful.
  • The Drone Scholarship course will take place from 28-29 August at Eagle Eye Innovations in Lincolnshire. One nights accommodation prior to the course (28 August) will be provided in Lincolnshire. 
  • Your name, approximate location (e.g., London) and named scholarship awarded will be announced publicly by the Air League
