In conjunction with its 110th anniversary exhibition held at The Royal Air Force Museum (London), the Air League are extremely excited to reveal Jemma Westing’s stunning Union Jack themed design as the winner of our ‘United Kingdom Air Day’ poster competition.
Using examples from our ‘Empire Air Day’ archive material from 1935 – 1939 for inspiration, participants were asked to create a poster that reflected a modern, engaging and relevant advertisement for an Air Day.
Come along to Hangar 2 from now until 30th December to visit the designs created by Jemma (shown below) and our four runner ups.
